Customers calling Andisa may experience no audio. The issue has been traced to one particular provider – VoipUnlimited who host our main number.
Andisa calls out through Cloudcalling as do most of our customers. Cloudcalling is unaffected and so when we call out you heare full audio.
If you call and we cant hear you then we will call straight back.
VoipUnlimited have explained that they are suffering from a DDoS attack from several Russian criminal groups. They are working with various organisations including police and competitors to solve the problem.
Mean time the issue is not affecting our Cloudcalling system that most clients use.
