Our main line 01423 290029 has been ported so that we use the same system as our own Cloudcalling clients.
You can imagine our embarrassment when we realised that it wasn’t configured to use the same system and so we could get different experiences! Going forward our main number will use the same call routing and quality that our clients have!
The strange configuration was spotted when investigating the cyber attack that has affected so many UK and EU Voip providers over the last few weeks. The change however will mean that we are now using the highly resilient Cloudcalling platform bot INBOUND as well as outbound calls and the interference from teh cyber attack will be avoided.
The issue is now resolved.
