Update 10/09/21

Our phones have now been working without issue since 5th September. The service provider announced on the 6th September that they are no longer experiencing errors and that they believed the issues have been fixed.

Since this update we have had no further issues and now feel that we can confidently close this ticket.

 

Update: 01/09/21 – 11:20

Our phones are currently working. We are able receive calls and also make calls. However, there is still a risk that they could go down again. We have been told that this risk should be resolved by tomorrow.

For now please use the phones as normal. If you call and are unable to get through, we ask that you return to our previous advise: send in an email to supportdesk@andisa.net.

We are continuously monitoring our inbox and so will be able to respond.

Unfortunately we are currently experiencing issues receiving inbound telephone calls. This is due to an issue with out 3rd party VOIP provider. This is only effecting our own lines and none of our customers.

If you need to contact us please email supportdesk@andisa.net. We are able to make phone calls out and so can respond to any emails coming in.

We currently don’t have an estimated fix time from the 3rd party VOIP provider. As soon as we have more information, we will update this post.
