Microsoft update their agreement periodically and insist that the customer administrators agrees to the this on line.

Sadly if you dont sign in time then Microsoft suspend your account, all of the 365 licenses stop working and you cant buy more until you sign. It is business stopping and so you do need to sign as quickly as you can. You will need a Global administrator account to 365 to be able to sign. If you cant, then send a very clear statement in an email to our supportdesk stating that you are happy for us to sign it on your behalf. We will log a ticket and sign it for you as a client who buys 365 products directly from Andisa.
