Rebooting or upgrading a 3CX server

Sometimes when restarting or updating a 3CX server, the 3CX services don’t automatically restart too.  This will mean that your phone system will not work.

These services need to be done manually. To do this; open the windows service manager, select all of the  3CX services and press start. You need to start all services that are labelled 3CX.
