Brand new Newcastle call centre inside 48 hours

Andisa have just installed all desktop equipment and cloud server infrastructure for a brand new call centre based in Newcastle. By utilising thin client PCs, VoIP phones and headsets we minimised the configuration work needed to get running. The system links to one of our Cloud Servers via a secure Cisco high speed VPN.
Our Cloud calling phone system, coupled with a preditive dialler solution ensures that every agent is connected to potential customers reliably and quickly. The software provides full reporting facilities out of the box.
48 hours from commencing work, the Call Centre was generating revenue with a full compliment of agents selling services!
For a new business this vitally important. It means they can generate income quickly!
