Really pleased to have started my re certification path for 3CX. They keep you on your toes by asking for re certification when they change major versions of 3CX so roughly annually.
The certification is made up from three levels, Basic, Intermediate and Expert. I’ve just completed my Basic again and I intend to get the intermediate under my belt in the next few days!
ReCertification is always great – I found new features including voice to text , so that voicemail can email out a transcription, loads of stuff about setting the firewall properly. Did you know that if the outbound network address gets changed by the router then you will experience one way audio.!
Perhaps more important are the features that affect users directly:
New apps, added BLF buttons, hosted installations so you never have to buy a new server ……
