Google pages determine your location based on the network address of your internet connection.

Unfortunately it gets it wrong sometimes and your search pages either show results from a specific country, or display in a foreign language.

The PDF link below shows how to set it to your current country. Don’t forget that these settings are stored against each page so if you visit www.google.com, www.google.co.uk, www.google.co.ie etc then you must change the setting while visiting each site.
