Paolo Medori is an experienced IT Support Consultant with over 20 years in the industry. At Andisa IT Consultants, he works closely with a wide range of clients, supporting everything from Microsoft 365 and Active Directory to network infrastructure, backups, and VoIP systems. Paolo is hands-on with day-to-day troubleshooting, helping businesses solve problems quickly and effectively. He’s known for being calm under pressure, good at explaining technical issues in plain language, and always focused on finding the right solution. Whether he’s working with business owners or end users, Paolo builds strong relationships by being approachable, reliable, and genuinely keen to help people make the most of their IT.

Ashley Hill is an IT Consultant at Andisa, where he focuses on improving infrastructure, streamlining support systems, and helping businesses get the most from their technology. He specialises in Office 365 and SharePoint migrations, Microsoft Intune, and strengthening IT security through Cyber Essentials standards.
Ashley holds certifications including 3CX Advanced, Microsoft SC-900, and AZ-900. He’s passionate about making IT work better for people — whether that’s guiding a colleague into their first technical role or helping a team collaborate more effectively through smarter tools. Known for his practical approach and calm problem-solving, Ashley thrives in fast-paced environments where he can make a real impact.

Chloe Brown
Office Admin Assistant
Chloe first joined Andisa in 2024 eager to learn. She has a strong background in customer service and was enthusiastic about broadening her skillset. She quickly picked up the processes and procedures at Andisa with the aim of developing and improving them in the future. Chloe has a keen eye for detail in her day-to-day work, shown through the quick and efficient handling of customer accounting queries and the daily maintenance of the office. She works closely with all members of Andisa’s team to ensure a smooth customer experience from order to invoice.
Enjoy about working at Andisa IT?
Andisa has a smaller team. To me, this has allowed us to have better internal relationships. This results in better communication, better flexibility and better customer service!
Outside of work, Chloe loves spending time with her two daughters, going on walks and for days out all over! She loves reading and is passionate about true crime. Chloe also loves experimenting with cooking and baking!
