HP provide us with a server configurator that we use to design the best and most appropriate server for your needs. This means that before quoting we need to have a short discussion to confirm disk space, what operating system and applications would be loaded and the use of the server. From there it’s a simple task to recommend and quote for the best server.
HP manufacture both desktop and rack mounted servers and all have the iLo (Independent Lights Out) management system that will let you see the server screen, switch power on and off and check errors remotely. All of this is included as standard with the server and makes for simple management long term.
When well configured, the addition of high speed disks and fast RAID cards mean that you can get access to your data quickly with the confidence that a disk failure won’t harm your business.
