365 Outlook, email and Teams not working today

7am this morning my mobile started pinging with texts from clients who couldn’t start Outlook.

As it happens Andisa manage 365 for most of their client’s and so I have an Admin mailbox that gets notifications from the 365 DemiGods and we were already aware.
