Outlook constantly requests password when working on a Terminal Server

1) Connected to TS session as user who has Outlook password issue.
2)
3) Opened Reg Directory and entered the 3 new reg directories as shown in the URL (past note)
4) signed out of the TS
5) Signed into the TS as Chris and opened Outlook. Outlook no longer asks for Password.
6) I’ve checked that I am on RS01. Logged out of TS
7) logged onto RDS02 as Chris and checked Reg directory – the directories were added and present already.
8) I’ve checked Outlook and it works.
