Telephony

Our system is called Cloud calling and is in use across many clients. It’s a simple yet comprehensive system that gives many advantages:

Work from anywhere!

The phones can be connected to nearly any broadband line. Even if you are at home, or in a hotel room then the phone will still ring just as if it’s in the office.

In fact, you can have a phone at home, and a phone in the office and they will ring simultaneously if you wish.

There is no call cost for interphone calls, so a home worker can call the office without cost!
Home workers can work flexible hours and don’t have to work at the office!

Voicemail is sent to an email address.

When someone leaves a message, the voicemail recording is sent to you as an email attachment, You simply click on it to play through your PC or smartphone speakers.

Forward calls easily to anywhere.

It’s simple to transfer a call to another extension, or even to an external number if you need.
You can add automatic rules to divert on busy, or no answer.
The system can even divert to a different number if your broadband line becomes faulty!

Competitive call costs.

See the cost page to see full tariffs, with Local / national calls approx. 1p per minute

Pay per month for extensions.

There is no ongoing maintenance plan. You simply buy the desk phone and then pay a low monthly cost per extension. The contract is a 2 month term initially, dropping to a rolling monthly contract after that.

Have extra local numbers.

Customers often want to call a local number rather than a number representing a different area of the country.  We can provide any UK geographic code and still make the number ring in your office.

Display your company name.

We can make the phones display the company that is being called. This means you can run several companies and always answer the phone with the right name.

FAX electronically.

The system will let you send or receive FAX via email. If you attach a Word document or scanned image to an email then the system will send these.
If someone sends you a FAX, the system converts it to an image and emails you the content.
If you use a smart phone then this means you get FAX’s on the go!

You don’t even need a phone!

The system can be used with a softphone, using the speakers and microphone on your laptop if you wish!

What Our Customers Say

  • Interbuilding link using a pair of Mikrotik SXT.

Thanks for helping configure the Mikrotiks recently.
The on site install was simple, we just bolted them on the wall and the link connected.
I hadn’t expected to get full 100Mb/s through the link but the devices are working fast.
Thanks again for the help, Michael – Diamond ICT, Newcastle.

  • I’d just like to thank Andisa for not giving up on the problem that we were experiencing with our Sage programme.
You were able to speak to the technical department at Sage and give them the detailed information which enabled him to resolve many of the problems that we had been experiencing.
As ever you were courteous and efficient and ensured that we understood what had been done before he left.

  • Just a quick thank you for all the work you and your team have done for us this year.

With the company changes etc, the aim was to get the IT system being integral to our new working methods and a tidy up of the system so we have better control of our assets. This was not achievable without your help, and looking back at what we set out to achieve I think you have ticked all the boxes.

  • Just a quick note to thank you very much in seeing me straight away this morning and for solving the issues with my I-pad.

As you are aware, the I-pad technology has gone way beyond me at present. Hopefully I will catch up a bit when I have some spare time!!!!

    However MANY THANKS
