Exhibit4U understand the need for good quality service, and going that extra mile in 'over delivering' a service. It is very rare these days to have a market without competition and it is often the quality of how a service is delivered that sets you apart from your competitors.

So it was with no surprise that when we asked Andy to help us with our home computer, that was groaning under the weight of programs that our kids had downloaded and was running very slow and full of spam, he arranged to visit our home.

Andy arrived on the arranged date to look at our computer but unfortunately I had to return to my office urgently. Andy took the computer away to be checked. Unbeknown to me our youngest daughter had got her course work on there which she needed to work on at the weekend.
I contacted Andy and he said that he would gladly drop it off on Saturday evening (when most of us have forgotten about work!).

Andy set the computer up, explained what he had done and what security measures he had added.
